Fred Ellinger, Jr, NRP has over 25 years of EMS/rescue experience. He is the owner/operator of SafeTec Training Services, a Pennsylvania (US) Bureau of EMS BLS training institute. He serves as a flight paramedic for MidAtlantic MedEvac (Med-Trans), a regional rotorcraft air medical service.
